Serving the Treasure Valley

Built for Idaho concrete, installed by a local company.

We're a locally owned Boise company focused on concrete coatings. Every project starts with mechanical concrete preparation and diamond grinding, followed by careful crack and surface repair so your new floor goes down over sound, properly profiled concrete.

Many residential garage floors can be completed in as little as one day, depending on concrete condition, repairs, moisture conditions, weather, and the coating system selected. Return-to-service times vary by product, project and conditions, and your expected schedule will be included with your project estimate.

Our install process

A documented six-step process, start to finish.

  1. Step 1

    Free on-site evaluation

We measure, look at the condition of your concrete, and walk you through color and flake options in your own garage.

  2. Step 2

    Diamond grinding

Mechanical concrete preparation opens and profiles the surface so the coating bonds properly.

  3. Step 3

    Crack & surface repair

Cracks, pits and spalls are repaired and reground flush before any coating goes down.

  4. Step 4

    Pigmented basecoat

A pigmented basecoat is applied edge-to-edge, then flake is broadcast into it.

  5. Step 5

    Scrape & vacuum

Loose flake is scraped and vacuumed for a smooth, consistent finish underfoot.

  6. Step 6

    Topcoat & cleanup

A clear topcoat locks the flake in, and we leave the space clean. UV-stable topcoat options are available depending on the system selected.

Frequently asked

Questions Boise homeowners ask us.

How much does a garage floor coating cost in Boise?+

It depends on square footage, the condition of your concrete, and the system you choose. We measure on site and send a clear written estimate.

How long does it take?+

Many residential garage floors can be completed in as little as one day, depending on concrete condition, repairs, moisture conditions, weather, and the coating system selected. Return-to-service times vary by product, project and conditions, and your expected schedule will be included with your project estimate.

What kind of system do you install?+

We focus on full-flake polyurea and polyaspartic systems. We don't install metallic epoxy, decorative quartz, polished concrete or staining.

Do you grind or acid-etch the concrete?+

We use mechanical concrete preparation with diamond grinding. Proper surface profiling is one of the biggest factors in how a coating performs over time.

Always. You get a written estimate covering preparation, the coating system, colors and the expected schedule before we book the job.
